Nowt Special is a leading creative event in the North East, showcasing local art, music, live performances and independent makers across venues in Newcastle. My artwork was selected for this year's show.

The theme was Halloween. I made a Walking Dead-inspired poster by printing the same design several times over, then ripping and layering those prints by hand into a distressed collage. The final piece was refined in Photoshop, adjusting opacity and texture until the layers read as one atmospheric image rather than a stack of paper.
